• Customers are encouraged to verify products upon delivery or pickup.

   

• Large or specialized shipments may require direct vendor delivery arrangements.

 

7. Refund and Returns Policy

    Refunds, returns, and cancellations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

   

• Customers should report issues promptly after delivery or pickup.

• Siviio may assist in dispute resolution between buyers and vendors.
